We at NIK Fashions strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are unhappy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at connect@nikfashions.in
- Customers can return their order within 10 days of the order delivery.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Request you to send them to the following address: NIK Fashions, 2/832, New Prabhadevi C.H.S, Rajabhau Desai Marg, Next To Ahuja Tower, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, Maharashtra-400025, India.
- Also, please mail us at connect@nikfashions.in before you return the products to us so that we will be able to process your return request.
- The product amount will be credited back to his/her nikfashions.in wallet, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
- Only the Purchased Amount will be refunded in your wallet to the Customer plus an additional Rs. 50 to compensate for the amount spent by you in sending the product(s) back to us. (Cash on Delivery handling charges are non-refundable).
- Incase of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.
