Return & Exchange Policy

All products are sold on a final-sale basis. Once an order is placed and the product is delivered, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Customers are requested to carefully check the size, color, design, and product details before placing an order.

Returns or exchanges will only be considered if the customer receives a damaged or defective product. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, or without original tags/packaging will not be eligible for any resolution.

Change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or personal preference will not qualify for a return or exchange.
